How to Complain or Make Suggestions to Improve Our Services

If you are not happy with any part of our Counselling Service or have any suggestions on ways in which we could improve, then we would like to hear from you..

We will make every effort to ensure that your time with us is safe and respectful. If you feel that this is not happening, you can do something about it by following these guidelines:

  • You can talk to your counsellor directly.
  • You can contact us by phone, text or e-mail or ask another person to contact us on your behalf.

We promise to listen to you and make every effort to resolve complaints and/or implement suggestions, keeping you informed every step of the way.
